Whether you're just beginning your mindfulness journey or looking to deepen your practice, Mindfulness Basics offers a practical, supportive path forward. This 8-week guided workbook introduces foundational techniques to help you become more present, grounded, and emotionally aware in your daily life.
Each week builds on the last, starting with breath awareness and grounding exercises before gently guiding you into deeper work—such as sitting with emotions, exploring triggers, and cultivating self-compassion. The first five weeks focus on strengthening your ability to stay grounded, preparing you for moments when overwhelming emotions arise. You’ll learn not only how to sit with those emotions, but also how to shift your intention mindfully when needed.
To support your growth, the workbook includes:
- PHQ-9 and GAD-7 assessments to track symptoms of depression and anxiety at the beginning, middle, and end
- Weekly focus areas and reflection prompts to integrate mindfulness into everyday life
- Journal pages with rating scales and space to process your insights and emotional shifts
