These 60–75 minute sessions are suitable for all levels and provide a welcoming space to connect with your body and breath from the comfort of home. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, greater flexibility, or a deeper sense of calm, Gabrielle will guide you with intention and care.
Group classes are available virtually for $30 per session. For those looking for a more customized experience, private one-on-one sessions can be scheduled by appointment for $100 per session.
