Gabrielle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. Licensed in Indiana, she brings a compassionate, inclusive, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, grounded in cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and empowerment-focused techniques.
She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, and is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can heal and grow. Gabrielle welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and is deeply committed to honoring each person’s unique story.
As a certified Hatha yoga instructor, Gabrielle offers classes that incorporate breathwork, meditation, and intention-setting, helping participants deepen self-awareness and cultivate personal transformation.
